Karen Nicole Katz began her career in Barcelona, where she studied Fashion Marketing and Communication and took her first steps into the world of talent management — representing celebrities and models while styling for top fashion magazines. Her early work in Spain gave her direct access to the highest levels of the fashion industry, allowing her to build strong relationships and a deep understanding of cultural influence.In 2017, Karen moved to Milan, transitioning from model management to fashion and brand consulting. Collaborating with leading names in the luxury and fashion world, she helped launch start-ups and develop brand identities, gaining a broad perspective on how influence, branding, and communication intersect.This blend of experience — talent management, brand development, and high-level consulting — inspired her to found Karen Nicole Katz in 2022: a Talent and Digital PR agency built to support creators, brands, and cultural voices with strategy, integrity, and lasting impact.
